- Follow training plans, safety protocols, and guidance provided by the Company.
- Ensure that their animal(s) are current on required vaccinations, where applicable.
- Maintain control of their animal(s) during sessions unless otherwise instructed.
Failure to comply may result in termination of services without refund.
4. No Guarantees
Animal behavior is influenced by many variables. While we use evidence-based, humane training methods, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines.
5. Health and Safety
Clients acknowledge that working with animals carries inherent risks, including injury to people and animals. By participating in services, clients accept these risks and agree to take reasonable precautions.
Clients agree to disclose any known aggression, bite history, or medical concerns prior to services.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking or purchase.
- Fees must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refund policies vary by service and will be communicated prior to purchase.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
